Collage and acrylic paint were used to create this whimsical mixed media piece. The two figures on the left side of the painting were revealed after scraping away layers of paint and paper, then finishing with acrylic paint. You can see bits of newsprint and text along with muted pops of pink, blue and green.
An altered book of “Gray’s Anatomy”, unbound. A journal of sorts from 2014-2025.
Mixed media, personal, political, my refuge during the dark days, while away from home or simply enjoying drawing mostly in the evenings. Hundreds of drawings 6×9″ each.
