TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Artwork Handling: Marin Open Studios (MOS) will exercise the same care in respect to loans as it does in the safekeeping of its own property. However, by signing this agreement, the artist agrees to hold harmless MOS, and the hosting venue, and releases them from any and all liability as to damage or loss of loaned artwork.

2. Pick Up: We do not have the capacity to hold or store artwork not picked up after the exhibit. If you are unable to pick up your artwork on the designated date, you must make arrangements for someone to pick it up for you.

3. MOS will take a 35% commission for artwork sold through the MOS Gallery.

4. Exhibition Duration: The artist agrees that artwork will remain in the exhibit until the designated take-down date.

5. Reproduction Rights: The artist grants MOS permission to photograph and reproduce images of the loaned artwork for publicity, educational, and archival purposes.

6. Artwork Condition: The artist certifies that the artwork is in good condition and suitable for display. Any pre-existing damage must be noted before the exhibition.

7. Cancellation: MOS reserves the right to cancel or modify the exhibition if unforeseen circumstances arise. Artists will be notified promptly of any changes.

AGREEMENT
I have read and agree to the above terms and conditions. I grant permission for my artwork to be loaned to Marin Open Studios for the specified exhibition.
