SURVIVAL. 2021
The water damaged book is: “Anselm Keifer” is the book i have worked on. Kiefer was born in 1945 during the end of World War II. His work hit my heart so strongly that brings tears to my eyes every time i see his work in SFMOMA. He is a dark brilliant artist. In this book I found this piece titled “Buch mit Fiigfln, 1992”. Meaning: Book with Wings. I saw his feeling of HOPE and I decided to use these pages and name it: “SURVIVAL”.
