This image was taken in France in Saint Remy de Provence where Van Gogh died in the asylum next to this monastery. This mother and her 2 children were taking a break during their visit. I was touched by the way their were whispering sitting so close together.

This image was taken in Oahu, Hawaii in a Banyan tree on the beach., where hundreds of birds live in its trunk . Multiple trunks and sprawling branches shelter thousands of birds. The noise they make is astonishing. The trees is so loud that it drowns out your own voice if you try to speak nearby. The birds, long accustomed to human attention, show no fear and often seem to perform for their audience.
