About The Artist
I studied Fine Art at UCSB’s the College of Creative Studies, where I discovered I had a passion for Drawing Portraits and the Figure. Fast Forward 30 Years Im still inspired to draw and paint from Nature: Landscapes, Figures to Still life, I use my Brush to magically create what I see and feel. I adore Color and experiment by layering warm and cool tones to create a sense of volume and a dynamic composition. I had the fortune to study oil painting with Los Angeles Artist, Millie Green, a student herself of the great Russian Impressionist Sergei Bongart. I also returned to Soft Pastels, working en Plein Air, to capture light and the life of California. I hope to share what Ive learned and connect with others through my Art, working through each brush stroke until it speaks for itself.
