Artist Statement
Color and composition in nature have inspired my desire to paint. Pastels have given me the opportunity to express my vision. As an artist it is a gift for which I am eternally grateful.
Biography
I started painting later in life, shortly before I retired. After taking some art classes, I found that Pastels were the medium I loved and never looked back. I also found painting gave me new way of looking at the world. An additional plus has been the shared camaraderie with other artist.
