About The Artist
My photography reflects my love of people, animals and travel. I love to experiment and enjoy working in several different media, including Acrylic painting, sculpture, pastel and pen & ink. My newest challenge is Abstract painting. I started making art early, as it was my first grade teacher who identified me as an artist. I have had a few different professions, but have always had time for making art. My family and Art are what has always keep me fulfilled.
I am a contemporary artist and a Psychotherapist, working in several media and doing counseling in Marin, CA. I did an artist-in-residence at the California Museum of Science & Industry in Los Angeles. While in Los Angles, I belonged to the LA ART Gallery and exhibited there, and in several other LA venues as well. My husband and I moved to Marin 10 years ago and I am now active in Marin Society of Artists and also belong to Artworks Downtown. My work varies from painting to graphic design, collage, pen & ink, sculpture and all types of photography and acrylic painting.
