Robin Trower inspired this painting with his haunting guitar playing on The Bridge of Sighs recording. Visiting the actual Ancient Venetian structure has always reminded me of the importance of being outside and free. I feel empathy for the ghosts of prisoners crossing over the bridge to their doom.
