On a cool, rainy early morning in Orvieto, Umbria, I was preparing to take a picture of this interesting street when all of a sudden, a lady with an umbrella appeared in my viewfinder. I liked the composition before, with its wet paving stones reflecting the street lights and interesting sculpture and buildings; I liked it even more so with the figure which added movement, scale and humanity to the composition
“Lady With Umbrella” was taken with a Nikon FM2 using Kodak negative film and printed by Zeny in a traditional darkroom on FujiColor Crystal Archive paper. The 24×30 photograph is signed and numbered by Zeny, laminated with a UV protective coating and is ready to hang.
