About The Artist
Art came calling very early on in my life. From making little mud figurines on the playground as a child, to being mentored by professionals in my adult life, it has been a long road traveled. It is a vast, rich, yet at times a solitary world, but in which I am allowed to grow both as an artist and as a human being.
Although, I live in the ¨visual¨ world, music has always been an inspiration to my work, whether I am painting, printmaking, or creating sculptures. The process not only teaches me to be humble and honest, but presents me with the opportunities to strive for a better today, than yesterday.
Now 25 years later, I have adventured into new fields of creativity. Using my knowledge of art, I am now also a part time weaver, part time puppet maker, and part time designer of wearable art. It is all about how I see the world and how I feel about life. As long as I can be creative, my life is filled with joy. And I hope that I can share this joy with you.
