About The Artist
I am an artist, writer and elementary school art teacher with the San Francisco Unified School District. I primarily paint urban street scenes of my favorite local San Francisco and Marin neighborhoods, often including the local dogs. I am working on a painting series entitled “All The Best Dog Walks End With Coffee”, where I have had a great time painting my favorite local cafes and the dogs who enjoy their whipped cream.
Leslie Laurence is an artist, writer and elementary school art teacher with the San Francisco Unified School District. She primarily paints urban street scenes of her favorite local San Francisco and Marin neighborhoods. She has published her first children’s picture book “Lulu’s Sheep” about her Shetland Sheepdog and is working on her painting series “All The Best Dog Walks End With Coffee”. She grew up in San Francisco and recently moved to Mill Valley.
