Artist Statement
I am a weaver in three worlds. I weave Jewish ritual objects like prayer shawls and challah covers. I also weave scarves, shawls and blankets. in my third world I weave wall hangings with plastic bags turning plastic waste into something of beauty..
Biography
I graduated from San Francisco State with a degree in Fine Art and have been weaving for over 30 years. Fiber has been a part of my life since childhood with knitting, crochet, needlepoint and sewing. The feel of the yarn or fabric is what inspires me as well a watching how colors intertwine and develop
