About The Artist
Artist Statement
Jinesse Reynolds is an artist and environmental activist/change-maker who lives in San Anselmo, CA.
Her paintings are inspired by her love for Marin County’s diverse landscapes, world travels and daily outdoor adventures with friends, family and dogs, Shakleton and Tazz.
With her innate color sense and years of apparel design, oil painting landscapes became a natural progression. She follows two simple mantras that she learned along the way:
Paint what you see and don’t be afraid.
