You are invited to participate in the Lara’s Lab Project: Things Guys Actually Said To Me (And What I Did About It). A custom necklace will be made using text that is summarized from a story that you share with me about your experience with sexual harassment, sexual discrimination, or any other form of sexism or misogyny. The necklace is made of your summarized story printed on clear laminated plastic on a matte black chain.
Your necklace will be added to a documentary art installation that will appear in future art shows and in my studio, Lara‘s Lab. You will receive a copy of your necklace for free as a thank-you for participating. To participate, share your story with me in person at Lara’s Lab (located at Art Works Downtown in San Rafael) during Marin Open Studios or 2nd Friday Art Walk in San Rafael, which occurs on the second Friday of the month from 5 to 8 PM.
