Summertime in Mill Valley always brings out the hummingbirds. I have spent countless hours sitting in my back garden with my camera at the ready for those few minutes when a hummingbird buzzes by in search of what I call an “infusion”. It takes incredible patience, very fast reactions, and a huge amount of luck to capture these incredibly fast birds.
