2024 LOAN AGREEMENT FORM

Exhibit Location: Sausalito Center For The Arts, 750 Bridgeway, Sausalito, CA

Artwork Drop Off: Wednesday, April 17. Hours: 10am – 5pm
Exhibit Dates: April 29 – May 14. Daily: 11am – 6pm
Artwork Pick Up: Monday, May 15. Hours: 10am – 4pm

* We do not have the capacity to hold or store artwork not picked up after the exhibit. If you are unable to pick up your artwork on this day, you must make arrangements for someone to pick it up for you!

MOS requires a mandatory 30% commission for artwork sold through the MOS Gallery.

Marin Open Studios will exercise the same care in respect to loans as it does to the safekeeping of its own
property. However, by signing this agreement the artist agrees to hold harmless Marin Open Studios and
Town Center and releases them from any and all liability as to damage or loss of loaned artwork.
