Water is the center of my life on California’s beautiful Pacific coast, my home on a serene lagoon, my Aquarian birth sign and in my life as a nurse assisting women in the birthing process. This piece reflects the Toaist philosophy that we must follow the natural flow of things, “the water course way.” “Nothing is softer and more flexible than water, yet nothing can resist it.” While being flexible, we know water is so strong it can cut through granite and destroy anything in its path.
