Introducing: Beacon One 🛰️✨
Where does the conscious mind end, and the subconscious begin?
This piece serves as an internal cartography of human consciousness, exploring the delicate tension between external structure and the beautiful, untamed chaos of our emotions.
The solitary satellite silhouette functions as a visual metaphor for metacognition—the “inner observer” of the mind. Hovering against a rigid, rational white grid network, this human-engineered beacon represents our conscious effort to bring order, logic, and clarity to the vast expanse of our inner selves.
While a sharp, piercing orange pillar slices through the canvas like a sudden emotional trigger or cognitive spark, Beacon One remains unyielding. It stands as a powerful symbol of psychological resilience—a solitary guidepost keeping watch over the deep, turbulent, and beautiful depths within.
