Street Art Moments ‘Street Art Moments’ presents a selection of photographs that feature street art in its environment. Rich in beauty, message and meaning – real or imagined, and expressed by juxtaposition or (re)interpretation -, the photographs are all multi-layered. They capture what I experienced in the moment: what touched or intrigued me, or put a smile on my face. The scenes in my photographs are not staged or digitally manipulated; it is all street photography. Drawn to contemporary, big, bold and colorful, I have documented the street art scene for 6 years and am working on a book that features both the art and the artists.
In a nutshell: born and raised in the Netherlands, Sausalito houseboat community resident, career in mediating intrastate conflicts around the world and writing about peace processes, passionate salsa dancer and street photographer.
