I used to think one should work in one medium, but it wasn't enough for me. I love to experiment. My first grade teacher told me I was an artist and that was my start. My first big project was a pastel portrait of Harry Belafonte. What fun. I was 8 years old. I've done several things in my life from teaching to Theatre and each one of them has feed into my art. Family and Art are what keep me fulfilled.
I am a contemporary artist and a Psychotherapist, working in several media and doing counseling in Marin, CA. I did an artist-in-residence at the California Museum of Science & Industry in Los Angeles. While in Los Angles, I belonged to the LA ART Gallery and exhibited there, and in several other LA venues as well. My husband and I moved to Marin 6 years ago and I now belong to Marin Society of Artists and Artworks Downtown. My work varies from painting to graphic design, collage, pen & ink, sculpture and all types of photography.
