Nearly all my work is influenced by sky, land and water. The form those themes take in my work varies by mood and medium. In any case, it's all about the power of nature. Occasionally I will render a figure, with the primary purpose of catching the human figure poised in action.
Meg's fine arts degree and experience teaching art and operating a pottery, were followed by a law degree and career in law. Now she is a full time artist and art teacher.
Color relationships, patterns and textures of the natural world are embedded themes in much of Meg's work. She uses a variety of media to fuel the imagination and refresh the approach she takes with each piece. Her work is found in US and European collections. Please pay Meg a visit during Open Studios!
